Paid Services, Engagements, Events, and Purchases
Certain services, workshops, events, registrations, advisory engagements, digital materials, or other offerings may be subject to additional terms, including proposals, invoices, statements of work, registration pages, order forms, checkout terms, or written agreements.
If there is a conflict between these Terms of Use and a separate written agreement signed by RebelEdge Consulting LLC, the separate written agreement will control for that specific engagement.
By purchasing, registering for, or paying for any service, event, workshop, engagement, or digital offering, you agree to the terms presented at the time of purchase, registration, or invoice payment, including any cancellation, refund, payment, or delivery terms.
Payment Terms
Fees, payment schedules, due dates, and payment methods will be stated in the applicable invoice, proposal, registration page, checkout page, or written agreement.
Unless otherwise stated in writing, payments are due according to the terms listed on the invoice or at the time of purchase or registration. You are responsible for providing accurate billing information and for paying any applicable taxes, transaction fees, or payment processing fees unless otherwise stated.
RebelEdge Consulting LLC reserves the right to pause, delay, or discontinue services, access, deliverables, registrations, or participation if payment is late, incomplete, disputed, reversed, or unsuccessful.
Cancellation, Rescheduling, and Refund Policy
Cancellation and rescheduling requests must be submitted in writing to [email protected]. Eligibility for cancellation, rescheduling, credits, or refunds depends on the nature of the service, engagement, event, registration, or purchase, as well as the timing of the request and any work, preparation, materials, or resources already provided or committed.
Unless otherwise required by law or agreed in writing, fees may be non-refundable once work has begun, preparation has been completed, materials have been created, services have been delivered, access has been granted, or resources have been reserved.
Approved refunds, if any, will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Approved refunds may take 5–10 business days to appear, depending on the payment provider or financial institution.
The following items are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law or agreed in writing:
- payment processing fees
- completed consulting services, advisory sessions, workshops, or deliverables
- work already performed or in progress
- custom materials, preparation, research, strategy development, planning, or production
- digital products, templates, downloads, or materials once access has been provided
- missed sessions, meetings, workshops, or events due to late arrival, scheduling conflicts, no-shows, or personal circumstances
- travel, lodging, third-party costs, or other out-of-pocket expenses
RebelEdge Consulting LLC reserves the right to make reasonable changes to service delivery, scheduling, programming, agenda, speakers, format, venue, session timing, or scope where appropriate. Such changes do not automatically qualify for a refund unless the service, event, workshop, registration, or engagement is materially changed or canceled.
If RebelEdge Consulting LLC cancels a paid service, event, workshop, registration, or engagement, affected clients, participants, or attendees may be offered one or more of the following options, depending on the circumstances:
- a refund of eligible fees paid
- a credit toward a future service, event, workshop, or engagement
- the option to transfer payment or registration to a rescheduled date or future offering
RebelEdge Consulting LLC is not responsible for travel, lodging, third-party costs, or other out-of-pocket expenses.

RebelEdge Consulting LLC will not be responsible for delays, interruptions, modifications, postponements, or cancellations caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including severe weather, public health emergencies, government restrictions, venue issues, technology failures, platform outages, labor disruptions, acts of God, emergencies, or other events outside its control.
In such circumstances, RebelEdge Consulting LLC may offer a transfer, credit, rescheduling option, modified delivery format, or refund at its discretion, subject to applicable law.
